Horrible Bosses and Its Relation to Leadership

  Three friends, Nick, Kurt, and Dale, who all experience horrible leadership in their separate jobs are the focus of the 2011 comedy Horrible Bosses. Nick works for Dave Harken, an arrogant and manipulative CEO who keeps offering him promotions only to give them to himself. Kurt, a loyal operations manager, finds his career completely turned upside down after his beloved boss passes away and the business is taken over by Bobby Pellitt, the owner's untrustworthy and drug-addicted son. Dale, a dental assistant, is put through to emotional manipulation and sexual harassment by his boss, Dr. Julia Harris, a dentist who impacts his professional reputation and relationship.
